Obituary for J.E. Hughes

J.E.  Hughes
John Edward “J.E.” Hughes, 73, of Loudon, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2017. He was retired from Y-12, Oak Ridge and a member of Blairland Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Ruby Hughes. Survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbre Hawk Hughes; sons and daughter-in-law Chuck and Kim Hughes, and Brad Hughes, all of Loudon; and granddaughter, C.J. Hughes. Funeral service will be 7:00 pm Wednesday, Loudon Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Jon Henson and Rev. John Wayne Mullins officiating. Interment 10:00 am Thursday, Loudon County Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 5 - 7 pm, Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Blairland Baptist Church, Loudon, TN. Loudon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
